Is it possible to receive sms with smstools and send with on online bulk provider?

Hi friends,
I am using playsms 0.9.9.2 + smstools + Huawei E1552 on ubuntu 12.04 and it is working fine. Now i would like to only receive SMS with Huawei 1552 and using my provider (routesms) to send outgoing sms.
How should i do?
If there is any need let me know

you must upgrade to latest version so that you can route outgoing SMS
