Specify SMSC in webservice

Is it possible to spesify SMSC directly in webservice ?
hardcode or pre-feature.

Looking at this:

webservices_pv(), function used when op=pv on web services, is using sendsms_helper(), and the function supports selecting SMSC. So you can try to customize webservices_pv() to support smsc.
