Our Mobile Operators are blocking the sims when the rate of sending sms (from an individual sim), exceed a certain level.
¿Is there a way in PlaySMS to fix the rate of sending sms for an individual sim ?
¿Is there a way in Kannel, if I am using Kannel as the gateway?
