Installing playsms on windows using xampp

Good day
please i need help installing playsms on xampp i tried following the instructions i saw online at Installing playsms on windows , bet i still can’t get it to work. every time i lunch it with my bowser i get errors.

regarding to the undefined index, simply you can change the parameter of display_error to 0 in php.ini

regarding to the fatal error; check below

Try first to edit the file C:\xampp\php\php.ini and change the value of display_error
