ACL stoplist not appears

Hi all, somebody knows why stoplist ACL feature doesn´t appear in the user menu?

I have tried both options:
inc=feature_stoplist
inc=feature_stoplist&op=stoplist_list

This is the ACL list:
inc=core_sender_id,
inc=core_sendsms,
inc=core_user,
inc=feature_report,
inc=feature_schedule,
inc=feature_msgtemplate,
inc=feature_queuelog,
inc=feature_credit,
inc=feature_report&route=user,
inc=feature_sendfromfile,
inc=feature_phonebook,
inc=feature_incoming,
inc=feature_stoplist&op=stoplist_list

Is there any post in the blog explaining ACL priority options?, i.e. i don´t understand why feature_logger or feature_playsmslog has no effect on standard user.

if its not on user and then its probably for admin only, like stoplist, its for admin only

Ok, i thought something similiar, but then, is there any list of admin functions/features and user/subuser features?

I haven’t wrote the list anywhere, so I don’t know about that
but I suppose you can always make your own list, its not much

Ok, then it´s only a question of make an essay-error tests and elaborate both lists.
