when we send sms through playsms, it do not reach enduser i can see it in my reports “pending”

Certain plugin gateway, like kannel plugin gateway, will set status to 0 (pending) when SMS has been delivered to Kannel by playSMS.

The plugin will wait for dlr (delivery reports) update from Kannel.

So, pending in the report may be because Kannel did not update playSMS.

What plugin gateway do you use ?

Thanks for the quick response. I’m using Kannel as an SMS plugin. The issue wasn’t with the SMS server; it turned out that there was a firewall between the SMS server and the gateway, which caused the connection to get stuck. Know it’s working.

Could you help me I’m trying to establish smpp over tls connection with some clients, certification part is already done and install on sms server, we having secured connection.
I need some help on configure kannel.conf, so that clients can access our sms gateway
