Timezone problem

Hi Everyone,

I dont know if this is a bug, but i have done 2 installations of playsms and im facing one problem related to the timezone.

Im using time zone: +0900 in playsms system and system time. every time i send one sms the sent time is more 2 hours then time zone defined. i dont find any reason for that.

i give one real example.

Playsms version: 1.1

Playsms time zone: +0900

ubuntu current time :
root@welink-globalsms:~# date
Tue Aug 18 03:10:15 TLT 2015

SMS sent - > 2015-08-18 05:10:37 count:1 rate:0.060 cost:0.060

Anyone experience this before?

the point is to make your PHP timezone (php.ini) the same as your server

yes, i take attention to this post and i configure php.ini but problem continue.

Ok, check My account -> User configuration -> Timezone, change to +0900

Timezone +0900 is my configuration.
