Sandbox - Quiz, Poll message process!

Hi,
Please I`m using playms 1.4 with infobip. Messages with @username are going to user, but Quiz, Poll and are not processed.
I created a Quiz with QZ as word to find, and answer just 100.
I reply messages, they go to sandbox, but are not processed. There is no change at quiz or poll.
Could you help?

I did simulate an incoming SMS and result was the same.

Hi, Anton,

Please I made a test simulating quiz and poll at 1.3 and they are 100% but at 1.4 they are not.

Could be my install? I used a different to mysql data. Different from playsms. Could be this?
