I Route outgoing SMS for all user as *
But now I want make exception for specify user for routing.
I did it and create Route outgoing SMS record for user as different gateway.
But it routing based on * rules.
“*” rules priority is more than users rules.
How can I fix it ?
I think it’s important. 
Can I have solution please?

I think its important thing…
It maybe important but unfortunately no one interested or have time/resources in coding it to add it or fix it, for now.
