Reject all messages without 09 prefix

How can I force playsms to send only msg with specify prefix ? And reject messages without 09 prefix?

The ability to manage prefixes can be in kannel.

But Im using gammu

you can route them to blocked gateway

Do this into playsms routing, before sending to gammu

I create outgoing route rules for all users (*) with specify Prefix to blocked SMSC. and working good.
