Link for what? You want to find out how to install without internet connection? You need to copy the necessary files like web server (for example apache or lighttpd), gateway (any of the supported by playsms) and playsms ofcourse 
Than you can install manually without apt (advanced packaging tool) if we’re talking about Ubuntu.
Last time itried doing it with internet connection using apt
it requires composer.phar file to connnect to net and dwnlaod
but wihtout internet
is their a procedure doc mentioned anywhere on playsms website? i can’t find one.
you can try manual install playSMS 1.3, you should not need internet for installation as the package in sourceforge already have all required libs (from composer etc)
use manual install because auto install using script the install script still run composer update so you need internet for that

by manual install you mean there are separate instruction for them…
it must have been included in sourceforge docs… right?
