How to setup forward to email when keyword is is in autorespond

Hi All,
I am very new with playSMS, and so far I love it.
I want to setup the forward to email feature for all receive messages.
The problem is that one of the keywords “HELP” is also setup in an autorespond, so when the message comes with this keyword is not associated to the user, then no forward is activated.

Any solution for this?
