Example provider/gateway plugin

Hello, I’ve pushed the Gateway plugin example for Example provider/gateway.

You can use this to write your own gateway plugin.

Gateway plugin example:

Basic howto modify this:

  1. Copy whole folder and name it your gateway (simple name 1 word alpha only)
  2. Edit all files (not just PHP files) and rename all example to your gateway name
  3. Remove the underscore so that playSMS can load it
