Create a new mysql user with permission to work with playsms database, and use that user in config.php

What is your issue? You have got a “DB error: connect failed” ?
Can you connect to your database in commande line?
Do you have a Linux or Windows OS ?
i have linux os and can not seem to log in on web interface. it brings up DB error: connect failed
