Credit doesn’t get deducted for after the SMS are being sent and delivered. the message status is pending even though they are delivered successfully

We are using playsms with kannel and we are able to send a message. but the problem we face now is that we can send the message but the credit is not deducted.plus the delivered messages are in pending status.
