[solved] Importing contacts from a csv file

When trying to import a large amount of contacts (over 8000) by uploading a cvs file, only 3000 contacts show up whose upload is to be confirmed.
Is there any limit to the number of contacts to be imported?

5000 is the limit in code
try adding in chunk of 5000
