Having installed playSMS, I cannot find any configuration to use PostPaid accounting. Is it possible to include it, or its core cannot support it by design limitations.
Also it it possible to export billing activity to a RADIUS server ?

Yes, postpaid is not available right now.
Export to RADIUS also not available, its possible, but you/someone need to code for it
