Moving from email2sms to API problems

We’re deprecating our email to SMS and starting to use the webservices API with our PlaySMS and smstools3 install. When we use email, the outbound texts are balanced between GSM1 and GSM2. However when we send through the webservices API, they only send through GSM1.

Any ideas? Seems weird.

I figured this out, I was using a different user to send via API and was not authorized for multiple SMSCs.
