Help with Route incoming SMS from kannel to http api

Hello
right now i have conccetion with kannel smpp and i want to send incoming sms to go to outbound route

Client–>smpp–>playsms–>http–>Telco

You need to make a plugin that hook recvsms and then use sendsms_helper() to send received sms
