Seems to be working, for testing purposes, if anyone can work with this themes that would be great 
clone the project:
cd /home/komodo
git clone https://github.com/playsms/plugin-adminlte
cd plugin-adminlte
ls -l
and then link storage/adminlte and web/adminlte to your playSMS (in this case I’ve installed it according to install manual, storage folder in /home/komodo/storage and web folder in /home/komodo/web
link storage/adminlte to storage/application/plugin/themes/
link web/adminlte to wev/plugin/themes/
