Not able to send sms via playsms

First, Anton, I’d like to thank you for going with me through what will most probably be my mistake in config:))

ok, new round:
Installed playsms (https://github.com/antonraharja/playSMS/blob/master/INSTALL.md)
edited /var/www/playsms/config.php for log state 3
restarted playsms: playsmsd restart
checked if it runs:

in main config changed the default smsc to newly created kannel gsm1 smsc
send sms

my problem was of my Smsgetway , I used huawei e3276, and it became bloqued some time and it has some problem with storage .
